This is the website of the National Animal Poison Control Center. It includes a library, links to other sites, and phone numbers for the poison control center.
- USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service
The USDA maintains this website with information on a variety of animal health related topics, including the latest news on such things as Mad Cow Diseases, foot and mouth disease, and many other things.
- www.petfinder.com - is an on-line, searchable database of animals that need homes. It is also a directory of over 10,000 animal shelters and adoption organizations across the USA, Canada and Mexico.
- Animal Coalition of Delaware County - The Animal Coalition of Delaware County is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, all-volunteer, charitable organization registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State that is dedicated to finding loving homes for adoptable, homeless pets. We are also focused on educating the public regarding the necessity of spaying and neutering pets and encouraging the humane treatment of companion animals throughout Delaware County and the Main Line and surrounding areas.

- www.dvgrr.org – Delware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue - DVGRR is a volunteer non-profit group that rescues displaced Golden Retrievers and places them for adoption. Although we operate in much the same way as your local SPCA, we take in only purebred Golden Retrievers. We operate in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey and have successfully placed over 2300 Golden Retrievers into new homes since 1993.
