Dr. Jennifer F. Johnson:
Dr. Johnson owns and operates Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital. A life-long resident of Ridley Township, Dr. Johnson graduated from Ridley High School and West Chester University and is a proud community member. Dr. Johnson loves that many of her clients are people she has known her whole life. "Ridley Township is as close to 'small town' as the Philadelphia suburbs can get," she laughs. Dr. Johnson attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1993. After graduation, Dr. Johnson practiced in Glenolden, Delaware County, for 11 years before joining the Stoney Creek family.
Dr. Johnson has special interest in pet bird and other small exotic pet medicine. She has had training in abdominal ultrasound. She performs all routine surgeries, as well as specialized soft tissue procedures, including perineal urethrostomy in cats. Dr. Johnson also performs orthopaedic surgery procedures on our patients, including ACL repair.
In her spare time, Dr. Johnson enjoys coaching girl's soccer and softball for the Kedron Youth Association. If she has a minute of free time, she is usually spending it with her Tennessee Walking Horse, Red Rum or at home with her husband, Gary and two beautiful daughters.

Dr. Gerald B. Latterner:
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Latterner has practiced in Delaware County for over 25 years. He built Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital in 1987 and over the years has provided clients with a state-of-the-art community hospital, dedicated to the care of local family pets. Dr. Latterner performs many specialized surgical procedures, and has a special interest in dental procedures as well as ear care. With his specialized video otoscope, Dr. Latterner can examine and treat deep ear canal infections. Dr. Latterner is available for appointments and surgeries 3 days a week, and is never too busy to help a patient. Recently, he has been finding a little more time to perfect his golf swing. Dr. Latterner resides in Media with his wife, Billie. He is watching his children's families grow, and is proud to be watching Stoney Creek continue in the fine tradition he established.
Dr. Barbara A. Tallant:
Dr. Tallant is thrilled to be back practicing in Delaware County, where she was born and raised and is a proud graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School. She received her Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and then earned a Master's Degree in Laboratory Animal Science at Hahnemann University. Before entering Veterinary School at the University of Pennsylvania, she worked in Cardiology and Neurology research, and these disciplines have continued to hold special interest as she practices companion animal medicine. Dr. Tallant enjoys incorporating homeopathic, neutraceutical and alternative treatments with conventional medicine in the treatment of her patients. She enjoys educating her clients and promoting preventative medicine to keep our pets their healthiest. Small furry exotic pets are some of her favorite patients - Dr. Tallant sees rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, chinchillas and all other small furry rodents. A "mom" to many dogs, cats, ferrets and birds herself, Dr. Tallant refers to her home as the "Tallant Zoo", as she enjoys loving her pets when she is not caring for yours. Ask her about her Tennessee Walking Horse, Storm, as we believe this is her favorite! Dr. Tallant performs special surgeries on the small exotics, and also has training in abdominal ultrasound.
Dr. David A. Warner:
Dr Warner joined Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital in 2004, after selling his veterinary practice in the mid-west and moving to the Philadelphia area.Our patients and clients love Dr. Warner, for his easy-going attitude and gentle touch. He always seems to calm the most nervous animal!. While Dr. Warner enjoyed practice ownership, he is enjoying the exclusive practice of medicine even more. Dr. Warner has special interest in internal medicine. He also likes to use physical therapy to help treat orthopaedic issues. When he is not caring for your dog or cat, Dr. Warner loves to travel and visit family. He and his wife live in Media accompanied by an adorable calico cat.
